Civil & Infrastructure Manager - Residential Developments

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Civil/Engineering Manager to lead planning, design and delivery of infrastructure on residential developments. You will ensure compliance with regulations and deliver outcomes on time and within budget across Lancashire and Cumbria.

You will collaborate with the technical team, consulting engineers and construction crews to oversee highways, drainage and groundworks, providing setting-out information and managing budgets.
