Regional End-User IT Support Engineer

NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking a Regional End User Technical Support Engineer to keep IT services across multiple sites running smoothly. You will install, configure and support hardware, software and clinical critical systems, providing face to face and remote help to colleagues. Travel and occasional on call work are required.

You will manage incidents, work to SLAs, and contribute to service improvements while ensuring security and reliability across NHSBT's IT infrastructure.
