Medhurst is seeking an experienced IT Technician to deliver 1st/2nd line onsite support for schools and Trust sites in Stevenage. You will act as senior onsite contact, mentor Level 1 technicians, and help lead small local projects under TAM direction.
Role requires solid Windows Server/AD experience, Office 365 administration, and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Must be prepared to travel to client sites and ensure high service standards daily.
