- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, able to build strong relationships, run workshops, challenge constructively, and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending practical, value-driven solutions.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, translating complex business needs into clear specifications, user requirements, and project documentation understood by both business and technical audiences.
- Commercial and strategic thinking, able to conduct options appraisals, cost-benefit analysis, and support evidence-based investment and change decisions.
- Collaborative and delivery-focused approach, working effectively with service teams, project managers, technical specialists, and external suppliers to implement successful change.
- Benefits-focussed - using data, insight and technology awareness to identify and measure deliverable improvement and efficiencies.
