Burendo is seeking a senior engineering leader in Leeds to act as the main technical escalation point within a managed service function. You will set engineering standards, drive complex incident resolution, and own onboarding from a technical readiness perspective.
You will mentor engineers, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with service delivery to manage client relationships, all while guiding teams across Java/Python/Node.js/C#/AWS/Azure environments.
