AtkinsRéalis is looking for experienced Railway Engineering Safety Professionals to help us deliver our Assessment Body and ISA activities within our Transportation division.
AtkinsRéalis work from a range of locations in the UK. This opportunity with the Safety Engineering and Independent Verification Practice is advertised for positions based within our teams in Derby, Birmingham, and Manchester; other locations will also be considered. The team works predominantly in the UK rail domain with some work internationally.
We help our clients understand assurance requirements and guide them to ensure that engineering safety is integral to the decision making process. Working across the wider AtkinsRéalis design and delivery teams, we work on many of the major rail infrastructure delivery programmes, including East Coast Digital Program, TransPennine Route Upgrade, and Central Rail Systems Alliance, as well as numerous smaller projects. We support each other to deliver and develop, including taking an active role in various technical and employee forums.
