We are looking for a flexible administrator to join our growing team at the Integrated Care Coordination Hub in Abel Smith House, Stevenage.
We are currently looking for two part-time administrators working shifts of 8am to 4pm and 12pm to 8pm alternate weeks, including 2 x weekend days a month for a fixed term contract until end of May 2027.
Hours available 30hrs Mon-Thurs and 22hrs Wed-Fri
Unsocial hours payments made from midnight Saturday to midnight Sunday.
The Hub provides essential administrative support to the clinical teams across East & North Herts. The post holder will work as part of a team of administrators to answer patient calls and enter referral data for the Community Adult Health Services onto our Patient Administration System. The team is also responsible for directing each referral to the appropriate clinical team.
