Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Care Co-ordination Centre Administrator (Unplanned Care) to join the Integrated Care Coordination Hub in Abel Smith House, Stevenage. This Band 3 role is a 9-month fixed-term contract with part-time hours (30hrs Mon-Thurs, 22hrs Wed-Fri) and weekend work on a rotating basis.
