Job Description

Translate thorny workflows into shippable specs. You partner with customers, map systems and access, and define reliable, auditable agent flows.

What you'll do
  • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand complex business workflows
  • Map existing systems, APIs, and data sources for agent integration
  • Design secure, scalable agent architectures with proper error handling
  • Create technical specifications and integration plans
  • Work with engineering to ensure implementations match customer needs
  • Build proof-of-concepts and demos for new prospects
  • Document best practices and reusable solution patterns
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software systems and integrations
  • Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud architectures
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable with CRMs, data flows, and business process automation
  • Bonus: Experience with AI/ML tools or workflow automation platforms
Day-to-day
  • Morning: Review customer requirements and plan integration approach
  • Customer calls: Deep-dive into their current systems and pain points
  • Afternoon: Design technical specifications and collaborate with engineering
  • Document learnings and update solution templates
  • Support sales team with technical expertise during demos
