Praxis Tech is seeking a Head of Digital (iGaming) to lead the full digital ecosystem-acquisition, retention, and performance-driving ROI and revenue growth across channels. The role is hybrid across Tallinn and Limassol, or remote, with responsibility for international scalability.
You will own and scale digital growth, lead paid acquisition and media buying, and optimize CPA, LTV and ROI. Build a high-performing team, set strategy with senior leadership, and ensure digital objectives align
