Enterprise AI Engineer: Build Scalable Digital Workers

causaLens is hiring an AI Engineer to build enterprise-grade AI systems and digital workers in production. You'll embed with client teams to untangle complex workflows and translate them into reliable, scalable agentic solutions that integrate models, data and enterprise infrastructure.

You'll work with LLMs, multi-agent coordination, retrieval and reasoning, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong delivery and client-facing mindset required; office 1-2 days/week in London.
