Arondite is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the success of our enterprise product, Cobalt. You will balance architecting, coding and mentoring across frontend, backend and full stack work, collaborating with product managers and designers to hit tight deadlines.
You will guide a team of engineers, influence the product roadmap and ensure secure, scalable delivery. A mix of on site and remote work is supported, with a preference for office presence when possible.
