Protect Line Ltd in Bournemouth is seeking an IT Second Line Technician to handle escalated incidents and support our cloud and on-premise infrastructure. You will own tickets through resolution, support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, and help strengthen security with best practices.
You will work with Active Directory/Entra and network services, liaising with users to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service levels in a busy environment.
