We're looking for a People Process Optimisation & Automation Manager to play a pivotal role in transforming how our People function operates - making it smarter, simpler, and ready for the future of work. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of HR, technology, and data, where you'll design scalable global processes, unlock automation opportunities, and help prepare the organisation for AI-driven ways of working. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term role offering a salary of £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience. The role is hybrid, based out of our Telford office, with an expectation of at least one day per week on-site. You'll join us at a pivotal moment, with the chance to get involved in high-profile, business-critical transformation projects that will reshape how our People team - and the wider organisation - operates from a process, automation, and AI-readiness perspective.
