A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a well-established and growing technical services business based in Leeds. Offering a salary of £50,000 plus an excellent benefits package, this is a predominantly office-based role with some flexibility. Our client has over 30 years of industry experience, delivers integrated print, fulfilment and mailing solutions to an impressive client base, and has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving operational excellence and technical service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical services across print, data, fulfilment and mailing operations.
• Drive process improvements, new service implementation and workflow efficiencies.
• Provide technical expertise to production, sales and client-facing teams.
• Monitor service performance, resolve technical issues and maintain quality standards.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with industry and postal regulations.

What Experience is Required

• Previous experience in a Service Delivery Manager, Technical Services Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of print production, mailing solutions, fulfilment and digital workflows.
• Experience delivering technical projects and driving continuous process improvements.

Salary & Benefits

Salary of £50,000 plus an excellent benefits package including 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, birthday leave, pension, life assurance, healthcare scheme, subsidised gym, on-site parking, training and development, wellbeing support and monthly half-day Fridays.

Location

Based in Leeds, with easy commuting from Wakefield, Bradford, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Castleford, Dewsbury and surrounding areas.
