Jobtailor in London seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery across the programme's workstreams and the wider change portfolio. You will align two priorities: fix foundations and delivery of a single trusted customer view, including HRIS, data governance, and AI-adoption enablement.
You will manage dependencies across engineering, data, product and business teams, run planning/steering/ reporting rhythms, and escalate risks with judgement to leadership.
