NCR Voyix is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for Restaurants to lead onsite operations at East Finchley, London. You will own daily service delivery, govern SLAs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional restaurant technology services.
In this role you will build strong client relationships, drive continuous improvement, report on performance, and support contract renewal initiatives while aligning with ITSM best practices and enterprise service standards.
