Deloitte is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive and manage change initiatives across financial crime, regulatory BWRA, or data/MI programmes. The role focuses on delivering successful outcomes under tight deadlines and across multiple jurisdictions, with a hybrid London-based arrangement.
You will lead change activities, develop strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure effective governance and stakeholder engagement throughout the programme lifecycle.
