Our expertise is the design and manufacture of communications-based specialty products - engineered components and subsystems - for demanding military, space, commercial aerospace/industrial, and telecom infrastructure applications where function and reliability are crucial.

We are now recruiting for a QUALITY MANAGER to oversee the development, and delivery of our MPG and MPG Europe quality strategy and KPIs, as well as managing our QMS and supporting all inspection, quality engineering, supplier quality, and quality deliverables across our business. As well as delivering the above, your initial goals will be to support the delivery of our AS9100 certification compliance and certification audit and also support the continuing development of our Quality team.

• Certified Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 or equivalent
• Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality role within manufacturing or engineering to complete responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Managing internal and external audits and certification bodies.
• Implementing and improving quality processes.
• Non-conformance management, root cause analysis and corrective action
  Developing and implementing Quality Plans
• Implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• People management skills to lead, motivate and develop reports.
