Civils Field Delivery Lead

NG Bailey Group Limited is seeking a Civils Field Manager in Washington (covering the North East). This full-time role leads site teams delivering civils works for new connection upgrades with Northern Powergrid.

You will manage resources, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, reporting to the Project Manager. The role requires strong civil construction knowledge, leadership and client management, with a valid UK driving licence and safety qualifications.
