Shift patterns are 08:00 - 18:00pm incorporating every other weekend.
We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team.
In this role, you'll support the overall wellbeing of our residents by helping to deliver a first-class hospitality service throughout the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving meals, snacks, and beverages in a professional and caring manner
- Supporting with mealtime preparation and clearing
- Ensuring dining and communal areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Providing friendly interaction with residents, encouraging independence and dignity
- Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen cleanliness as required
- Working collaboratively with the care and kitchen teams

- Willingness to learn - no previous experience necessary (full training provided)
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends
- A commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service
Required knowledge & experience
Level 2 food safety certificate.
- Health & safety procedures including control of substances harmful to health (COSHH)
- Previous catering experience with knowledge of basic food safety and safe use of knives & kitchen equipment.
- Experience of working with older people
