Nscale is seeking a Director, AI Technology & Analytics to lead People technology strategy, AI transformation and analytics at scale. This role bridges the People function with IT to embed AI across the employee lifecycle and the Workday ecosystem.
You will own governance, vendor selection and data quality, building data-driven capabilities with Power BI, Tableau, Python and SQL, while guiding cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver measurable impact.
