  • Supervise, coordinate, and manage subcontractors, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance
  • Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture across all site activities
  • Carry out daily inspections of access plant and equipment
  • Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, attendance logs, and daily activity reports
  • Ensure all design changes, variations, and drawing updates are properly recorded and tracked for full traceability
  • Review and analyse technical drawings to ensure alignment with design, safety, and budget requirements
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and address issues proactively, including implementing corrective actions where required
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project delivery
  • Support the planning and management of project schedules and budgets to meet delivery targets
  • Install, configure, test, and support the commissioning of Fire, Life Safety, and Security systems
  • Troubleshoot systems and carry out cable testing to ensure readiness for commissioning
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of system integration and interconnectivity across multiple platforms
  • Provide training and support to end users on completed systems
  • Mentor and support junior or less experienced team members on site
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to provide technical input, design reviews, and support project scoping
  • Contribute to product development initiatives, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement strategies
  • Ensure all work is delivered in line with company standards and client expectations
  • Assist in project handover to service/maintenance teams upon completion
  • Report regularly to the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer on progress, risks, and performance
  • Actively engage in ongoing training and development aligned with the company training matrix
