Business Analyst

A well known university based in London is seeking to recruit a Business Analyst on a permanent basis to start ASAP paying between £40K - £48K p.a + generous pension + good benefits.

The role is hybrid, being typically onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday weekly.

• Traditional BA responsibilities:
  • Requirements gathering.
  • Stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding business needs and translating them into deliverable requirements.
  • Bridging the gap between what stakeholders think they need and what the business actually requires.
• Typical projects:
  • College mergers.
  • CRM replacements/upgrades.
  • Platform implementations.
  • Business change and transformation initiatives.
• AI and innovation:
  • Interest in exploring Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Adoption and capability are still relatively early-stage.
