A well established organisation in the automotive marketing space is hiring a Principal Full Stack Engineer to join at a key moment of transformation. Their platforms power high intent buying journeys, processing hundreds of thousands of customer interactions each year for some of the world's biggest automotive brands.
They're now rebuilding a core platform from the ground up on a modern Node.js stack, while reshaping the engineering function around an AI first approach. Strong foundations are already in place, but there's still plenty of greenfield and real opportunity to shape both the product and how the team operates.
The role:Principal Full Stack Engineer (backend leaning). You'll be central to the rebuild, shaping architecture, setting standards and working directly with product and leadership. Small, senior team. High ownership.
