We are recruiting for a Lead Data Product Owner onbehalf of one of the UK's most recognised and celebrated personal linesinsurers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in translatingbusiness needs into data-driven delivery, ensuring the right work isprioritised and delivered to create real impact. This role is ideal for someonewho is curious, commercially aware, and eager to learn.

• Owning and prioritising a value-driven backlogacross data and MI initiatives.
• Translating business needs into clear epics and user stories with defined outcomes.
• Leading Scrum teams (5-6 people), drivingdelivery with Analysts, Engineers, and QAs.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships toalign priorities and maximise value.
• Managing dependencies, resolving conflicts, andkeeping delivery on track.

• Strong stakeholder management with the abilityto influence, align, and challenge effectively.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding ofhow businesses operate (e.g. sales, pricing).
• Experience working in data environments (analytics, MI, or data platforms).
• Ability to translate business requirements intoclear, structured work for technical teams.
• Working knowledge of SQL or data tools (e.g.Databricks).
• Proactive, organised, and quick to learn with astrong delivery mindset.
