We're looking for a strategic and commercially driven Business Development Director to build and lead our business development function. This is a senior role focused on winning new clients, expanding existing client partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
You will shape and deliver our business development strategy, identifying where we focus, how we position ourselves, and how we win. You'll own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through to closing, while building a strong pipeline of high value opportunities.
Working closely with leadership and cross functional teams, you'll bring together the right expertise to create compelling proposals and pitches and maximise our chances of success. You'll also lead and develop our BD team, embedding a high performance, collaborative culture.

This role is based in the UK (Manchester or Oxfordshire or remote/hybrid) and candidates must be able to provide documentary evidence of right to work in the UK.
