As we embark on an exciting new phase of our transformation journey, introducing new tools and processes, this is a great opportunity for an exceptional candidate who enjoys the challenge of a fast paced, high volume environment, to join our highly specialist Audience Operations team supporting our B2B divisions, Marketing Communication and Professional.
Summary of the role's main purpose: As a Junior Campaign Operations Assistant (Apprentice), you are the helping hand that makes our digital marketing happen. You will be trained from the ground up to use professional marketing software to build audiences and support sending emails, manage data and systems, support our business via our inbox and help our brands reach the right people.
This is a "learn as you go" role. You don't need to know how to do everything yet-you just need to be organised, tech savvy, good at communicating and have a great eye for detail.
As part of this role you will complete a Multi Channel Marketer Apprenticeship which will be run by JDA Group.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Inbox Management: Keep on top of incoming bookings, requests and queries.
- Building Email Audiences: Learn how to use our CDP (Amperity) and build targeted email campaign audiences.
- Email Creatives: Learn to use our "Drag & Drop" tool in our ESP (Acoustic) to assist Marketers and Offshore Team where needed. Developing knowledge on what makes a good email campaign.
- Working Alongside Marketers: Build relationships with marketing stakeholders and support your team to make marketer's dreams come true.
- Data Admin: Help to organise spreadsheets, documents and regular system housekeeping.
- Learning the Rules: Gain an understanding of GDPR (data privacy) to make sure we are contacting people safely and legally.
Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria

- Love Technology: You are comfortable using computers, enjoy learning new apps, and maybe even have an interest in basic coding (like HTML).
- Are a Perfectionist: You hate seeing a typo or a broken link. You take pride in making sure your work is error free.
- Are a Great Communicator: You're happy to ask questions when you aren't sure and like keeping people updated on your progress.
- Can Follow a Plan: You are good at following instructions and ticking off tasks on a "to do" list.
- Are Curious: You often find yourself asking "How does that work?" or "Could we do this faster?"
Required qualifications
English and Maths GCSE at a grade 4 (C) and above.
