Salesforce Technology Lead

Salesforce is the heartbeat of this organisation, it powers their entire customer journey, and is supported by a suite of enterprise applications, deeply integrated and embedded to Salesforce. Stack: Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Commerce cloud, MuleSoft, Azure, MS Fabric, PowerBI. As they look to build a UK Salesforce Centre of Excellence, the Salesforce Technology Lead will take technical ownership of Salesforce and platforms, driving high level design and architecture of Salesforce, and the deployment of the best in class supporting platforms. As the Salesforce Technology Lead you will lead the technical strategy, design, management and development of Salesforce, and enterprise applications including MuleSoft, Azure and ERP.

• Responsible for end to end Salesforce and Platform Architecture
• Gatekeep, govern and own all Enterprise level technology within the company, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure and ERP
• Work with inhouse Engineering and Analyst teams to design and build Salesforce Enterprise solutions
• Work directly with Snr Leadership and Product Management to refine the Technology roadmap
• Own all Salesforce and platform integrations
• Lead a team of UK based Salesforce Developers and Integration Engineers

• Proven experience working in an enterprise, multi-cloud, multi-platform Salesforce environment
• Experience as a Salesforce Technical / Solutions Architect, owning platform wide architecture
• Experienced working with and owning heavily integrated Salesforce platforms
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Salesforce team management experience
• MuleSoft experienced
