Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with a focus on Field Service. Build and enhance solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and JavaScript. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high quality solutions. Support integrations with third party systems where required while ensuring best practice development standards are maintained throughout the project.
