We are looking for a Digital Automation & Low-Code Developer to join our Digi tal Projects & Systems team, focusing on automating our workforce processes across the company . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining workflow automation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), API integrations, and AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.

This role is hands-on and technical, perfect for someone who thrives in problem-solving, solution development, and innovation.

The purpose of the role is to design, build and maintain data integration and automation solutions to support operational and business processes across client Trust s .

The postholder will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining workflow automation, RPA (Robotic Proce ss Automation), API integrations, and AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.

The Digital Automation & Low Code Developer will:
  • Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
  • Build low-code applications with Power Apps for the company processes
  • Design API integrations for seamless system connectivity
  • Implement AI-driven automation to enhance efficiency
  • Create self-service portals, digital forms, and workforce dashboard
  • Monitor, refine, and optimise automation workflows
Job responsibilities What We are Looking For
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and API development
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Dataverse
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in automation, AI, or low-code development (Desirable: NHS/public sector experience)
