Digital Print Production All-Rounder
Salary £35-40k depending on experience + Overtime
Central London (W1)
Hours: Tues-Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 10am-4pm
Role Overview:
- Oversee jobs from estimate through to delivery operating within very tight deadlines
- Operate high-spec digital printers and Xerox Fiery RIPs.
- Perform finishing tasks using wiro binding, laminating, folding, and commercial guillotine equipment.
- Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Contribute to imposition, bleed, crops, step & repeat, and minor artwork adjustments.
Experience Required:
- At least 2 years of digital/commercial print shop experience - (this is essential)
- Expertise in digital printing and document finishing.
- Mac IT skills and confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Outlook.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to assist others.
- A flexible, team-first attitude, with readiness to support others and work overtime when needed.
