Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Analyst to join a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) programme within a highly regulated enterprise environment.

This role will focus on supporting and maintaining critical IAM services, investigating incidents, troubleshooting provisioning and authentication issues, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver service improvements.

Remote; 6 Month Initial Contract Potential Extension; Competitive Day Rate.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) / Forefront Identity Manager (FIM)
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Active Directory & Entra ID
  • SQL Server / T SQL
  • Application / Production Support (L2/L3)
  • LDAP, Kerberos and NTLM authentication
  • Strong incident, problem management and root cause analysis skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide L2 support for IAM platforms and services
  • Investigate and resolve access and provisioning issues
  • Monitor synchronization jobs and workflows
  • Analyse data and troubleshoot using SQL
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement permanent fixes
  • Support change, incident and problem management activities
