Role Summary - Purpose of the role and its contribution to the business.
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused EPOS Implementation Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end implementations of our Register and Zash products for new and existing customers.
The successful candidate will manage the full implementation lifecycle - from discovery and solution design through configuration, deployment, training, go-live, and post-implementation support - ensuring customers achieve a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, technical understanding, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Reporting into: Epos Team
Working hours: 37.5 - If part time / FTC - please specify and provide working patterns.
Working location: Hybrid Hull and WFH
