Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Our client is continuing to grow, driven by an expanding pipeline of complex, bespoke engineering projects across a range of technically demanding industries. To support this growth, they are looking for an experienced EC&I Hardware Engineer to strengthen their engineering team.
This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, project-driven environment where no two projects are the same. Unlike highly repetitive manufacturing environments, their work is varied and challenging, allowing engineers to contribute throughout the full project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored engineering solutions from concept through to manufacture, commissioning, and customer support.
The environment is fast-paced and delivery-focused, with priorities evolving as customer requirements change. As a result, they are seeking adaptable engineers who enjoy solving real-world technical challenges, managing multiple projects, and engaging with both customers and internal stakeholders.
The RoleAs an EC&I Hardware Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of electrical and control systems for highly engineered projects. Working alongside Functional Safety and Automation Engineers, you will help translate operational and safety requirements into practical, compliant hardware solutions.
