Manpower are recruiting for our client for a Membership Administrator / Secretary based in Taunton.
The Role
You will provide administrative and secretarial support within a busy regional office, ensuring members and representatives receive a high level of service.
Key duties include:
- Handling membership queries and processing applications and updates
- Maintaining databases and producing reports using Word and Excel
- Supporting with meeting arrangements and minute taking
- Managing correspondence, calls, and general office administration
- Supporting benefits administration and basic financial processing (e.g. cash handling, banking)
About You
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills (advanced level desirable)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Accurate, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
