What you'll be doing
- Applying structured approaches to investigate business problems, opportunities and process gaps
- Leading requirements gathering, documentation and management throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitating workshops, interviews and process mapping sessions with stakeholders at all levels
- Assessing solution options and contributing to business cases and project briefs
- Analysing end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Supporting the planning and execution of user acceptance testing
- Promoting consistent standards and documentation across the PMO
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in business analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to a range of audiences
- A track record of working within project environments using Agile and/or waterfall approaches
- The ability to manage competing priorities and balance stakeholder needs effectively
