ServiceNow Developer (SC Cleared) - Telecoms Client
Contract: 6 Months Initial Contract

Our client, a leading UK Telecoms organisation, is hiring a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join the London team and work on a critical programme of work. This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, offering the opportunity to work on a long-term engagement within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customise ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain high-quality, scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform best practices.
- Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes, workflows, and automation capabilities.
- Ensure all development activities adhere to governance, security, and compliance standards.
Skillset
- Active SC Clearance is essential for this role.
- Strong hands on ServiceNow development experience within complex enterprise environments.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience building and supporting REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform best practices.
- Ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot scalable ServiceNow solutions with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
- ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certifications is a bonus.
- Experience within Telecommunications or large infrastructure environments.
- Exposure to ITOM, CMDB, Discovery or Service Mapping.
