Stark Defence is seeking a seasoned operations leader for project delivery in Ukraine. You will manage cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of in-country programmes.
Ideal candidates should have deep experience in defence or complex logistics and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is highly advantageous and you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
Frequent travel to Ukraine (up to 70 days/year) is expected.
