Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with C++ on Windows
- Proficient in Visual Studio
- Experience delivering software across the full development lifecycle
- Good understanding of software design, testing, and verification
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- GUI/UX or HCI experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell (desirable)
- Background in regulated, defense, or safety-critical environments (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software that supports advanced engineering products
- Manage the full development lifecycle from early design to delivery and verification
- Collaborate closely with other engineers, stakeholders, and external partners
- Support and mentor more junior members of the team
