Salary: £48,000

Location: Putney, London (Hybrid - minimum 2 3 days on site per week)

Contract: Permanent, full time

As the IT Projects Manager, you will own a varied portfolio of IT projects from start to finish: planning, budgets, suppliers, risk, governance and delivery. You will work closely with clinical, operational and corporate teams to deliver projects that improve the quality of care. Your day to day tasks will include:

• Leading end to end project management across multiple projects.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets and schedules.
• Managing suppliers and vendor relationships.
• Assessing and mitigating risks and maintaining governance.
• Communicating progress and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to time, cost and quality standards.

• A track record of delivering IT projects on time, within budget and to quality in a complex organisation.
• Strong people skills - able to talk to clinicians, senior leaders and suppliers and be understood by all.
• A practical, problem solving approach to risk, change and competing priorities.
• A good understanding of IT infrastructure, software delivery and system implementations.
• Experience in the healthcare, charity or not for profit sector is an advantage.
• PM qualification (APM PMQ, PMP or similar) is useful.
