IT Helpdesk Manager - Lead 1st/2nd Line & 3rd Line IT

Ashdown Group is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead a small but busy IT helpdesk team in Northampton. This full-time position offers a salary of up to £50,000 and a potential 15% bonus.

The ideal candidate will have a solid IT support background combined with team management experience, capable of resolving tickets while mentoring staff. Preferred skills include expertise in Windows 11, Office 365, and Azure AD.
