About the roleThis FTC role will support the delivery of the Global Corporate Security transformation programme at Reckitt. The role will be responsible for coordinating and driving a portfolio of strategic security initiatives designed to strengthen governance and global security capability maturity across the organisation.
Working closely with the Global Corporate Security leadership team, regional stakeholders, and cross functional partners, the successful candidate will provide structured project management support across multiple global workstreams, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, aligned to strategic objectives, and supported by clear governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
The role requires a highly organised and proactive project manager capable of operating in a fast paced, complex, and globally matrixed environment.
Contract Duration: Initial 12 month fixed term contract, with potential extension subject to programme requirements.
Location: Uxbridge / Slough/ Hybrid
Reporting Line: Reports to the Global Security & Resilience Director (or delegated senior leader within the Global Corporate Security function).
