Security Transformation Project Manager - Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

This FTC role will support the delivery of the Global Corporate Security transformation programme at Reckitt. The role will be responsible for coordinating and driving a portfolio of strategic security initiatives designed to strengthen governance and global security capability maturity across the organisation.

Working closely with the Global Corporate Security leadership team, regional stakeholders, and cross functional partners, the successful candidate will provide structured project management support across multiple global workstreams, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, aligned to strategic objectives, and supported by clear governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires a highly organised and proactive project manager capable of operating in a fast paced, complex, and globally matrixed environment.

Contract Duration: Initial 12 month fixed term contract, with potential extension subject to programme requirements.

Location: Uxbridge / Slough/ Hybrid

Reporting Line: Reports to the Global Security & Resilience Director (or delegated senior leader within the Global Corporate Security function).

Your responsibilities
  • Support the planning, mobilisation, and delivery of strategic transformation initiatives and programmes.
  • Coordinate key workstreams including governance, policy and process implementation, Global Security Operations Centre mobilisation, security operating model development, travel risk management platform rollout, emergency notification adoption, and resilience initiatives.
  • Drive programme governance activities including project plans, RAID logs, milestone tracking, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.
  • Engage and coordinate with regional security teams and cross functional stakeholders including HR, Risk, IT, Legal, Procurement, Communications, and Operations.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions to ensure timely execution and programme momentum.
  • Support preparation of executive level presentations, programme updates, business cases, and reporting for senior leadership and governance forums.
  • The role will support initiatives including: Global Risk & Intelligence Centre (GRIC) mobilisation, Travel Risk Management platform implementation and employee awareness campaign, Critical Event Management and emergency notification adoption, Global Corporate Security governance and policy rollout, Security standards and process implementation, Security technology and capability enhancement initiatives, Organisational change and stakeholder engagement activities.
The experience we're looking for
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects or transformation programmes within a corporate, security, risk, resilience, technology, or operational environment, and experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Experience establishing governance structures, project reporting, and programme tracking mechanisms.
  • Experience within corporate security, resilience, risk management, crisis management, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting global or multinational programmes.
  • Background in Travel Risk Management, Critical Event Management, or security technology platforms.
  • Experience working within FMCG, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other complex multinational organisations.
