CNC Setter / Programmer (14:00 - 22:00)

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (14:00 - 22:00)

Up to £24.63 per hour (approx £48k per annum), dependent on experience

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our machined products.

• Data control, backing up of programs and creation of tooling sheets
• Online CNC Program creation
• CNC cutting tool selection
• Assist with fixture design
• Setting and operation of CNC machines for the proof out process of new products and for general production

We are seeking a CNC Setter / Programmer with milling experience in 3 5 axis horizontal and vertical operation, setting and programming.

• Experience with HAAS, MAZAK, MATSUURA or similar controls/machining centres
• Experience working with 3 5 axis milling machines
• Knowledge or experience in identifying opportunities for process optimisation without compromising on quality or tolerances
• Ability to travel to site
