Senior Product Manager - Global Web

• Define and execute a cohesive global product strategy for the entire web estate, balancing the unique regulatory and commercial needs of Pet, Vet, Farm, and Corporate channels.
• Drive the evolution of a central web platform, ensuring it acts as a scalable, repeatable engine for localized brand sites, technical portals, and corporate hubs.
• Build, manage, and ruthlessly prioritize a multi quarter product backlog, translating fragmented global requests into a single, high impact roadmap.
• Serve as the global business owner and champion for our Headless CMS (Kontent.ai), establishing governance models, content modeling best practices, and taxonomy standards.
• Partner with engineering to leverage decoupled architecture to maximize site performance, Core Web Vitals, security, compliance, and SEO.
• Lead, inspire, and manage large, multi disciplinary engineering teams (front end, back end, QA, DevOps) across internal staff and system integration partners.
• Foster a high velocity, continuous delivery engineering culture and balance technical debt against net new feature delivery.
• Seamlessly collaborate with marketing, commercial operations, regulatory, and corporate affairs teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Navigate complex matrixed environments to align diverse stakeholders-both corporate executives and regional managers-on common platform standards.

• 7+ years of digital product management experience with at least 3+ years managing enterprise scale web applications or core platform products.
• Proven track record of managing high traffic web ecosystems across multiple geographies, languages, and strict regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated experience directing and influencing large engineering footprints (20+ developers) in an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Deep understanding of headless/JAMstack architectures, APIs, and modern front end frameworks.
• Hands on experience implementing or managing enterprise headless CMSs (Kontent.ai, Contentful, or Strapi).
• Familiarity with integrating web platforms with backend services, CDPs, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and identity providers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex architectural decisions into business value for non technical executives.
• Cultural awareness and flexibility to manage workflows and meetings across widely varied global time zones.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define, track, and report on North Star metrics such as deployment velocity, engagement rates, conversion, and platform uptime.
