Dynamics 365 Specialist

Salary: £60,000 - 75,000 per year

• We require proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• We require experience in ERP and/or CRM implementation and support.
• We require experience with data migration.
• Power Platform and Azure exposure would be beneficial.
• We require strong knowledge of system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.
• We require strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system enhancements.
• We require a good understanding of business processes.
• Experience supporting ERP systems in a large, multi-site environment would be advantageous.

• We will lead a major Dynamics 365 implementation programme across our global business.
• We will work alongside our IT Director and ERP Leader to ensure Dynamics 365 is integrated smoothly.
• We will provide technical expertise and act as the subject matter expert for ERP systems.
• We will troubleshoot system issues and support internal users and stakeholders.
• We will support the wider IT team in the smooth day-to-day running of our ERP systems.
• We will contribute to system configuration, enhancements, and user training.
• We will help ensure ERP systems are effectively supporting several thousand employees across the business.
