Senior Cyber Security & Network Analyst

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

• We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security and Network Analyst with proven experience in cyber security analysis, tools, and software.
• We require hands on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and associated NG services.
• We need experience in endpoint detection and remediation.
• We require experience implementing, supporting, and developing L2/3 network infrastructure.
• We need experience with Qualys Vulnerability Management.
• We require experience with Aruba Wi Fi.
• We need experience with L2/3 switching, ideally Cisco Nexus.
• We are looking for experience with network load balancing.
• We require experience with incident management.
• We need experience in data security.
• Penetration testing experience with third party providers is desirable.
• We are seeking someone who can support cyber security and network environments in a financial services setting.

• We will rely on you to support the delivery and maintenance of our cyber security and network infrastructure, ensuring systems remain secure, resilient, and aligned to business needs.
• You will manage day to day security operations, including monitoring SIEM platforms, firewalls, endpoint protection, and threat detection tools.
• You will investigate security incidents and vulnerabilities, recommending and implementing corrective actions where required.
• You will maintain and support network technologies including LAN/WAN, Wi Fi, Internet connectivity, and Layer 2/3 infrastructure.
• You will contribute to cyber security and infrastructure projects, including the implementation of new security controls and technologies.
• You will perform patching, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance across security and network environments to minimise risk and downtime.
• You will develop and maintain security policies, operational procedures, technical documentation, and compliance standards.
• You will support disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, and readiness activities.
