We are a highly technical company of around 20 people, including 17 engineers and data scientists, with a flat structure that lets decisions happen quickly and gives every engineer influence over our technical direction and business. We collaborate with major partners, including international companies, national air navigation service providers and the defence industry. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 to £70,000 depending on experience, a personal development programme, funding for relevant training, courses and conferences, 25 days paid holiday plus public holidays and additional annual leave with service, and a collaborative, inclusive team environment with real autonomy and influence.
