Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements
- We are looking for a candidate with strong Dynamics 365 experience.
- We require experience across Customer Engagement (CE), CRM, or Finance & Operations.
- We are looking for Power Platform exposure, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- We require strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.
- We need experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- We are looking for experience in data migration and integration.
- Azure integration exposure would be desirable.
- SQL or reporting experience would be an advantage.
- D365 certifications would be beneficial.
- Consultancy or client-facing experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- We deliver Dynamics 365 implementation and optimisation projects.
- We gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- We configure and customise D365 applications.
- We support integrations across Microsoft platforms and third-party systems.
- We deliver user training and stakeholder workshops.
- We support system upgrades, testing, and release management.
- We work closely with technical and business teams throughout project lifecycles.
