Requirements
- Degree or PhD in engineering, physics, or a related field.
- Experience with computer-based modelling, including CFD, MATLAB, or Python.
- Strong skills in research and literature review, combining public and internal data.
- Excellent data analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills.
- Product management exposure with commercial awareness.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technology for any audience.
- Ability to manage and perform practical on-site studies.
- A collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Experience with CFD using ANSYS tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with photobiological and photochemical processes is preferred.
- Scripting experience for data processing and automation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine applications for UV equipment across a range of use cases.
- Conduct research and literature reviews to inform application development.
- Perform CFD simulations using ANSYS to evaluate and optimize system performance.
- Lead and execute practical on-site studies in collaboration with global partners.
- Collect, analyze, and present data from trials and modeling activities.
- Develop tools and guidance to support product sizing and specification.
- Identify emerging application opportunities and contribute to investment prioritization.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused language.
- Support the creation of technical and commercial materials for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
